"An unfortunate accident happened, my car was declared total loss. My daughter was driving and of course she was taken to the hospital. They act as fast as they could to make sure no major injuries or third parties involved. Towed the wreck and call us to retrieve our belongings. (The tow company stole some money that was in the car) We went to get them only one person was allowed and that is when my daughter noticed the money was gone. The claim department kicked in and after a couple weeks we got the payout for the value of the car. In general I am highly satisfied and happy with Angela Frangieh and her staff. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy.
